Bill S. 89 has Passed the US Senate

The Delta Queen’s exemption bill, S. 89 allowing the boat to carry passengers despite its partially wooden construction has Passed the U.S. Senate! Huge thanks to Senator Claire McCaskill for her unwavering support of the Delta Queen.
